A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lacosmetical.com or call us at 786-505-1551. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@lacosmetical.com or call us at 786-505-1551.

E. RESTOCKING FEE 

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. 

F. REFUNDS

We will inform you after we've received and assessed your return, and we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting process.
